By accessing the Services, purchasing the program, or checking the box at checkout, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
The Services are operated by 10X Finance, based in California. The "10X Financier" is a brand persona; correspondence should be directed to 10xfinancier@gmail.com.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. By using the Services you represent that you meet these requirements.
If you create an account (e.g., on Thinkific), you are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
You agree not to:
All content within the Services — including scripts, narration, slides, videos, templates, reference libraries, the 10X Financier avatar, logos, and brand assets — is the exclusive property of 10X Finance and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. No rights are granted except the limited license in Section 2.
The Services are delivered through and link to third-party platforms (Thinkific, YouTube, LinkedIn, Google Workspace, ElevenLabs, and others). We do not control and are not responsible for the content, terms, or practices of those platforms. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. See Section 4 for additional disclaimers.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 10X Finance and its owners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 10X Finance and its owners from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Services.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted with a revised Effective Date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
This License governs your use of the paid 10X Finance program and all included materials (the "Program").
Upon payment, 10X Finance grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Program solely for your own individual education. No ownership is transferred.
You may not:
A single purchase licenses a single user. Team or multi-seat use requires a separate written license.
All Program materials remain the property of 10X Finance. This includes AI-assisted assets (e.g., synthesized narration and the 10X Financier avatar), which we hold the right to use commercially under our agreements with the relevant tool providers. You receive no rights to these assets beyond viewing them as part of your licensed access.
Blank templates and reference documents provided for your own work may be used in your professional work product. They may not be repackaged, redistributed, or sold as standalone resources.
We may suspend or terminate your license immediately, without refund, if you breach this Agreement. Upon termination you must cease all use of the Program.
Because the Program provides instant, full access to digital materials upon purchase, all purchases are non-refundable. By completing checkout and agreeing to these terms, you acknowledge that you are purchasing a digital product, that access is granted immediately, and that you waive any right to a refund. This policy is disclosed conspicuously before purchase, as required under California law.
If you experience a technical issue accessing the Program, contact 10xfinancier@gmail.com and we will work to resolve access — but resolution of access issues does not constitute a refund.
The Program and all 10X Finance content are provided for general educational and informational purposes only. They do not constitute financial, accounting, tax, legal, investment, or other professional advice, and create no professional or advisory relationship. Always consult a qualified professional before making decisions in your specific circumstances. You are solely responsible for how you apply the material in your own organization, including compliance with your employer's policies and any applicable regulations.
Any examples, workflows, time savings, cost figures, or outcomes shown are illustrative only. Individual results will vary and depend entirely on your effort, experience, role, and how you apply the material. 10X Finance makes no guarantee of any specific result — including any productivity gain, cost reduction, promotion, salary increase, job outcome, or "10x" improvement of any kind. The "10X" name is a brand and aspirational framing, not a promise of measurable results.
Statistics cited in our content are drawn from third-party sources (such as Zylo, Productiv, Gartner, and APQC) and are presented for context. We do not warrant their accuracy and are not responsible for third-party research.
Google, Google Workspace, Gmail, Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Meet, Gemini, NotebookLM, and related marks are trademarks of Google LLC. Microsoft, Excel, Zoom, Slack, Dropbox, Notion, ElevenLabs, Thinkific, and all other names are trademarks of their respective owners. 10X Finance is independent and is not affiliated with, authorized by, endorsed by, sponsored by, or otherwise connected to Google LLC or any other company named in our content. All references to third-party products are for descriptive, comparative, and educational purposes only (nominative fair use).
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Third-party platforms, software features, and product capabilities described in the Program may change at any time, outside our control.
10X Finance respects your privacy. This section explains what we collect, why, and your rights — including specific rights for California residents.
We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data, and we do not collect information from anyone under 18.
We share data only with service providers who help us operate, and only as needed: Thinkific (course hosting, accounts, and payment processing); email and analytics providers when active. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose data if required by law or to protect our rights.
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) and other applicable laws, you may have the right to know what personal information we collect, to access or delete it, to correct it, to port it, to opt out of marketing, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information (we do not sell). California residents may also designate an authorized agent to make requests. To exercise any right, email 10xfinancier@gmail.com. We will respond within the timeframe required by law, and you will not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
We retain personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, then delete or anonymize it. We use reasonable measures to protect your data, but no method of transmission or storage is fully secure.
If you access the Services from outside the United States, your data may be processed in the U.S. By using the Services you consent to this transfer.
We may update this policy; material changes will be posted with a new Effective Date.
We use cookies and similar technologies in three categories: essential (required for the site and checkout to function), analytics (to understand how visitors use the Services), and marketing (only if enabled). You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings; disabling essential cookies may break parts of the Services. Where required by law, we will request consent before setting non-essential cookies.
Our one-time-purchase software tools (the "Agent 10X" line, including the 10X Collections Agent) are governed by a dedicated Collections Agent License Agreement & Disclaimers that supplements these Terms. That agreement covers software licensing, license-key enforcement, your responsibility for debt-collection, anti-spam, and privacy compliance, your use of your own Google account for sending, and the no-warranty and limitation-of-liability terms specific to the tools. Where that agreement and these Terms conflict on a tool-specific matter, that agreement controls.

We actively monitor for unauthorized distribution of the Program and will pursue takedowns and other remedies, including under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, against anyone sharing, reselling, or reposting our materials.
